Question: Is it possible to see Noctilucent clouds in Atlanta GA after sunrise or at all since the Atlanta Latitude is about 38? This date July 11, 2024 had an astronomical twilight sunrise of 4:54 AM and a civil twilight sunrise of 6:07 and I thought i saw them about 7:30 am. Answer: Noctilucent clouds
