Question: I have noticed a pattern in Dublin weather in the last 4 years in which a cold snap arrives in mid and late November but then late December is very very mild. Question: I’m looking for a new place to live that will almost always have a white (snow-covered) Christmas but not be terribly cold. I don’t mind winter temps in the 30’s or 20’sF, but the teens, single digits and below zero really get old here. Any ideas of places around the US or the world

Question: I have been working on this fictional Northern Atlantic island for some time and would like help in determining the climate (koppen). I am thinking Cfa along the south/east coast and Cfb in the north/west. I am not sure about this because these climates rarely border each other in other parts of the world.
